friendly staff local ingredients shower products
I enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast. It used quality, local ingredients. The staff I met were super friendly and helpful. The shower products provided in my room were lovely.
My room was a bit too small.

Absolutely FANTASIC experience!
huge room roll top bath comfy bed brambley toiletries
The artist suite felt HUGE! It features a big bed, a roll top bath, and a separate lounge area. The Brambley toiletries added A special touch. The bed felt supremely comfy, i SLEPT like a baby.
the music from a local bar played UNTIL late, potentially disturbing light sleepers. i think earplugs might help.

The bar staff were attentive during the winter party, and Roz deserves A special shoutout. Every staff member showed FRIENDLY attitudes. Their support made the event very successful.

The full English breakfast features quality LOCAL ingredients. My wife enjoyed the French toast with bacon and maple syrup. Even the coffee tasted EXCELLENT, and the portion sizes were ample.

bathroom design quality fixture
the bathroom design impressed me it had quality fixtures. bramley toiletries were provided in ample amounts they smelled good.
the bar music was audible in my room later into the night

adequate stay
friendly staff front desk shower products poor maintenance light problem cut phone cord
the staff were very friendly. i was advised by the front desk to park right in front of the entrance. shower products provided were lovely. the hotel is super central and a short walk from everywhere i needed to go.
i stayed in room 6 and the maintenance was very poor. the main light in the bedroom did not work. the phone cord had been cut making it inoperable. also the temperature control for the room on the wall did not work.
